Sally Duxfield (owner/director and camp mother) comes from a military background and has owned Contact N.Z. Ltd, a highly successful consultancy, for approximately 12 years. She specialises in conflict resolution, team dynamics, and lectures on Ethics. She investigates Discrimination and Harassment complaints for organisations such as St John and the NZDF and then provides advice and expertise to the leadership team to reform and rebuild professional relationships.
